Book a Place at Little Einsteins
At Little Einsteins Nursery, we strive to make the booking process as simple and seamless as possible. To begin, please contact us to arrange a visit to our nursery. During your visit, a member of our team will give you a guided tour of our facilities, introduce you to our daily routines, and provide an overview of our services. This is also a great opportunity to ask any questions or discuss any concerns you may have about your child joining our nursery.
If you decide that Little Einsteins is the right fit for your child, the next step is to complete the registration form provided during your visit or fill out the online booking form. To secure your child’s place and schedule their transition visits, please return the completed form as soon as possible. Your child’s place will only be confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
Children can join us at any point during the term, subject to availability. However, we have two main intake periods in September and January. We also offer an April intake, though places at this time are limited.
Transition Visits
Once the registration process is complete, we will schedule your child’s first transition visit. This introductory session lasts one hour, allowing both you and your child to spend time in their designated room, meet the staff, and familiarise yourselves with the environment. During this visit, you may be asked to step out for a short period to help your child adjust to the setting independently.
Following the initial visit, we will arrange a second session lasting two hours. Additional transition visits may be scheduled as needed to ensure your child feels comfortable before starting their full sessions.
Our settling-in procedures are flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Before your child’s start date, we will work with you to create a personalised transition plan to support a smooth and positive nursery experience.
